Our vehicle set for a month before even getting looked at now it's another month trying to program a part that needs to be replaced while the vehicle is still under warranty. The part should be replaced, literally under warranty and we keep getting excuses.

How much for trade in a how many incentives. bottom line is how much will we finance. Called up the deal ship and asked for a salesman. Anthony answered the call.
Explained the situation to him. He told us to give
him a call on the way and he would have some pickups to choose from. we had 5.
a couple had 10000 off from 71 or 72000
We had two the exact color my wife was looking for. and we chose the one without the sun roof. all this within the first 10 minutes of arriving. while we were chiding and test driving it Anthony had our trade in analysised. Came in set down. they came with 1st offer and we did not like it. Was figuring on walking. Anthony came back the next offer was right on. worked the numbers between lower intrest rate a nd less incentives to more incentives and more intrest rate. 0.9% for the 48 months. we took the %4.95 with a
$9000 incentive and paid some
down on it. was asked about different warranties and plans for free oil change and etc. we declined all extra warranties. signed all paper work, drove new pickup home all in about 3 hours. Anthony worked like a mad man, but was always very pleasant and accommodating. professional. We left very satisfied and content. We all prayed for sheild of safteynfor both vehicles. All the time Inwas there Inwas figuring on saying no! . But the staff and everyone read us like a book and did not give us that option. Thank You Jim Bass Ford.

I left a review somewhere else , but after finding out more information, I'm going to leave one here too. -10 stars . Was lied to . And just found out they didn't do 1 hard inquiry, or 2 inquiries, but 3 hard inquiries in 1 day . Are you serious , 3. Do you know what that does to a person's credit report ? I can tell you. It sends you almost very good , to fair . Then they told me I needed 1 thing , so I got that 1 thing . Then that wasn't good enough , so they tried to put me into a vehicle at almost twice the payment I wanted to be at . So I'm just telling you , dont go here unless you cant get to Abilene . Once again , ALMOST as bad as Texas Truck World . At least they will work with you , and you WILL get a vehicle, just might have more miles than what your looking for. O yeah , then they tried to call me twice the next day after leaving a review. For what ? So you can run another hard inquiry? And my 2018 Ford with 70,000 miles that I'm trying to trade for a 2016 Nissan with 90 000 miles isn't worth trading in ? I dont want a SUV anymore, I want a car . Thats why I did this .. Buyer BEWARE
